Everything you need to know about report formats.
Reports use General by default. Set Settings → Report format to "Let AI pick per meeting" and a classifier reads the start, middle and end of the transcript and chooses the format that fits — a standup gets Standup, a sales call gets Sales discovery. When the evidence is unclear it stays with General, so a casual chat never comes back as a deal review.
Yes. In Settings → Report format you can pin any one of the formats, and every new meeting is written in it.
Yes. Open the meeting and use Regenerate Report to rewrite it in another format. The transcript is kept, so there's nothing to re-record.
Yes — every report format is available on every plan, including Free.
