Workspace/database mapping.
Connect Notion
Go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect next to Notion. Authorize Meetbook for the Notion workspace you want reports delivered into.
Pick a destination database
Choose (or create) a Notion database that Meetbook writes meeting pages into — each recorded meeting becomes its own page, with the report content mapped into it.
Confirm the field mapping
Meetbook maps its own fields (title, date, attendees, summary) onto matching properties in your Notion database. If your database uses custom property names, you may need to map them explicitly the first time.
What gets created
A structured Notion page per meeting — overview, action items, and outline — rather than a raw transcript dump, matching the same report shape you see inside Meetbook (see How your report is generated).
