Connecting Outlook Calendar
Auth flow, which calendars sync, revoking access.
Outlook Calendar works the same way as Google Calendar for auto-join — see Connecting Google Calendar for the equivalent flow if you're comparing the two, or connect both at once.

Connect it
Go to Settings → Calendar and click Connect next to Outlook Calendar. You'll go through Microsoft's standard OAuth consent screen for your Microsoft 365 or personal Outlook account.
What syncs
Meetbook reads events from every calendar under the connected Microsoft account. Events determine when and where your meetings are, so the notetaker can auto-join per your recording rules — see Quick start.
Disconnect it
Click Disconnect next to Outlook Calendar in the same settings panel. This stops future auto-join based on this calendar; it doesn't delete meetings already recorded.
Organization-managed Microsoft 365 accounts
Some IT admins restrict which third-party apps can connect to a work Microsoft 365 account. If the connection fails or gets blocked immediately, this is usually an admin-consent requirement on Microsoft's side — ask your IT admin to approve Meetbook, or connect a personal Outlook account instead if your organization allows that.
