Connecting Google Calendar

Auth flow, which calendars sync, revoking access.

Connect it

Go to Settings → Calendar and click Connect next to Google Calendar. You'll be sent through Google's standard OAuth consent screen — sign in and approve calendar access.

What syncs

Meetbook reads events from every calendar under the connected Google account — it doesn't let you pick a subset. Events are used to know when and where your meetings are, so the notetaker can auto-join them per your recording rules (Quick start).

Disconnect it

Click Disconnect next to Google Calendar in the same settings panel. This stops Meetbook from reading your calendar and stops auto-join for future meetings — it doesn't delete meetings already recorded.

Revoking access from Google's side

You can also remove Meetbook's access directly from your Google Account's connected apps page — this has the same effect as disconnecting from inside Meetbook, but Meetbook won't know it happened until you next open Settings.
