Exporting to Google Docs & Drive

Google Docs

Connect Google Docs under Settings → Integrations to have Meetbook create a clean, shareable Google Doc from a meeting's report — useful for sharing a recap with people who don't have a Meetbook account.

Export a single meeting from its detail page, or turn on automatic export so every recorded meeting gets a doc created without a manual step per meeting.

Google Drive

Connect Google Drive separately to have recordings and transcripts saved directly into a folder in your Drive, as raw files rather than formatted docs — useful if your team already has a Drive-based archive it wants meeting media added to.

Connect

Go to Settings → Integrations and connect Google Docs and/or Google Drive independently — they're separate integrations, so you can enable one without the other.

Choose a destination folder

For Drive, pick which folder new recordings and transcripts get saved into. For Docs, choose whether exports create standalone docs or file into a folder as well.

Files aren't appearing

Check the integration is still connected — see An integration disconnected itself — why? — and confirm the destination folder still exists and hasn't been moved or deleted on Google's side.
