CRM sync: HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira, and Airtable
Field mapping pattern shared across all four.
Meetbook connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira, and Airtable through the same underlying pattern — connect, map fields, choose what triggers a sync.

Connect
Go to Settings → Integrations and connect whichever of the four you use. Each goes through that provider's own OAuth authorization.
Map fields
Match Meetbook's meeting data (attendees, summary, action items) onto the corresponding fields or object types in your CRM/tracker — a contact or deal record in HubSpot/Salesforce, an issue in Jira, a row in an Airtable base.
Choose what triggers a sync
Decide whether every recorded meeting syncs automatically, or only meetings in a specific Channel — narrower scoping avoids cluttering your CRM with every internal standup.
What each one is typically used for
- HubSpot / Salesforce — logging meetings against contacts and deals automatically, so sales activity shows up in the CRM without manual entry.
- Jira — turning meeting action items and decisions into tracked issues.
- Airtable — pushing structured meeting data into a base for custom reporting or workflows.
Sync stopped working
See An integration disconnected itself — why? — the most common cause across all four is an expired or revoked OAuth token on the provider's side.
