How your report is generated
Pipeline overview, typical delay after meeting ends.
Once a recording finishes transcribing, Meetbook generates a report automatically — you don't need to request it. Open any meeting to see it under the Summary tab.

What's in it
Every report has an Overview (a short narrative summary of what the meeting covered and any decisions made) and Action Items (concrete follow-ups pulled out of the conversation — add your own with Add action item if the AI missed one).
Beyond those two, the rest of the report adapts to the kind of meeting it detected — a sales call gets sections like Budget and Authority, other meetings get an Outline instead, and so on. See Customizing the report template for how this template is chosen and how to change it.
Turnaround
Report generation starts right after transcription finishes (see How transcription works) and usually completes within a couple of minutes. Longer meetings take a little longer.

Use the thumbs up/down under the Overview section — this feedback goes toward improving report quality over time, it doesn't regenerate the report on its own.
Chatting about this meeting
The panel on the right lets you ask questions about just this meeting — "what were the main decisions", "draft a follow-up email" — without leaving the page.
