My report is missing or incomplete

Common causes — short meeting, no speech detected, processing still running.

Report hasn't appeared yet

Reports generate after transcription finishes, which usually takes a few minutes after the meeting ends — see How your report is generated. If it's been longer than that, refresh the meeting page; report generation doesn't always push a live update to an open tab.

Report is very short or says nothing substantive happened

Check the Recording tab first. If there's little or no transcript, the report has little to summarize — this isn't a report bug, it's a reflection of what was actually captured. The most common cause is no audio:

Empty-state message: "No transcript available — not enough speech was detected in this recording"

If you see this, the meeting audio was muted at the source or the call was screen-share-only with no one speaking into a mic. There's no audio to transcribe or summarize in that case.

Report is missing Action Items or Outline sections

Short, informal meetings with no clear decisions or follow-ups sometimes produce a report with an empty Action Items section — this is expected when none were actually discussed, not a failure. You can always add your own with Add action item.

Report looks generic or misses something important

Click the thumbs-down under the Overview and, if you can, note what was missed — this is the fastest way to flag a specific quality issue. For anything that looks structurally broken (wrong meeting's content, garbled text), contact support — see How to contact support.
