GDPR and compliance overview

Meetbook processes meeting data — much of which is personal data under GDPR, since meetings involve identifiable people speaking. This is a high-level overview; the full legal terms live in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service linked in the site footer.

Data Processing Agreement

Workspaces that need a DPA in place (common for EU customers, or any customer with their own compliance requirements) can request one through support — see How to contact support.

Subprocessors

Meetbook uses third-party providers for specific parts of the pipeline — cloud hosting, transcription, and AI model providers among them. The current subprocessor list is linked in the site footer and kept up to date as providers change.

Your rights over your data

Standard GDPR rights apply — access, correction, deletion, and export of your personal data. Deleting a meeting and its data and Deleting your account cover the deletion path directly; for access or export requests, contact support.

Enterprise/on-premise compliance

Workspaces with stricter data-residency or compliance requirements than the standard cloud offering meets should look at On-premise deployment overview, which puts data handling entirely within the customer's own environment.
