Is my data used to train AI models?
Direct opt-out answer to the single most-asked trust question.
No. Meetbook uses third-party AI providers (for transcription and report generation) under agreements that exclude your data from being used to train their models. Your meetings, transcripts, and reports are processed to generate your results and are not fed back into any model's training set.
Voiceprint recognition is the one opt-in exception
Cross-meeting speaker recognition (voiceprint matching) is a separate, opt-in, off-by-default feature. If your workspace admin turns it on, voice embeddings are stored specifically to recognize the same speaker across meetings — this is biometric data, handled under stricter rules than everything else described here. See your workspace admin if you're unsure whether it's enabled for your organization.
Who can see your meeting content
Only people in your workspace with access to a given meeting (based on its Channel — see the Channels documentation) can view its recording, transcript, and report. Meetbook staff do not routinely access meeting content; support access, if ever needed to resolve an issue, requires your explicit involvement.
