MeetbookMeetbook Help

Installing the mobile app

iOS/Android install, sign-in, first live recording.

The mobile app is for recording meetings that happen away from your desk — in-person conversations, phone calls, or any meeting your calendar integration wouldn't otherwise catch.

Install and sign in

Download Meetbook from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), then sign in with the same account you use on the web — your existing meetings, reports, and settings are all there immediately.

Grant microphone permission

The app asks for microphone access the first time you try to record. Without it, recording can't start — see Microphone/screen permissions on mobile if you denied it by mistake and need to re-enable it.

Start your first recording

Tap Record from the home screen for an in-person or phone conversation. The recording, transcript, and report all appear in the same place as your calendar-based meetings once it finishes processing.

What's different from the desktop bot

The mobile app captures audio directly through your phone's microphone rather than sending a bot into a video call — it's built for conversations that don't have a joinable meeting link at all.
