What is Meetbook?
A one-paragraph overview of what the bot does end to end.
Meetbook is an AI meeting assistant. Connect your calendar, and it automatically joins your video calls, records the audio, transcribes it with speaker labels, and generates a report — an overview, action items, and an outline — a few minutes after the meeting ends. You can then chat with any meeting to ask questions about what was said, and Meetbook can deliver the recap to Slack, Notion, email, or your CRM automatically.

The core loop
- Connect a calendar — Google or Outlook. Meetbook sees your upcoming meetings.
- A bot joins automatically — based on the recording rules you set (see Quick start).
- The meeting is recorded and transcribed with speaker labels.
- A report is generated — overview, action items, outline.
- You can chat with the meeting, or with everything Meetbook has ever recorded, from the AI Chat panel.
Where things live
- Home — today's schedule and your most recent recordings.
- Channels → My Meetings — every meeting you've recorded, searchable and filterable.
- Insights — patterns pulled across your recent meetings (deal signals, objections, decisions).
- Settings — recording rules, notetaker identity, calendar connections, subscription, and usage.
