Extension isn't detecting my meeting
Unsupported URL pattern, extension disabled, needs reload.
The Chrome extension only activates on meeting URLs it recognizes (Google Meet, Zoom web client, Microsoft Teams web client). If it isn't picking up your call:
The tab was open before you installed or updated the extension
Extensions don't inject into already-open tabs. Reload the meeting tab after installing or updating.
The URL isn't a supported pattern
Some platforms use different URL shapes for different entry points (e.g. a Teams meeting opened from a calendar invite vs. a direct link). If the extension icon shows as inactive/greyed out on a page you'd expect it to work on, that URL pattern likely isn't recognized yet — contact support with the exact URL so we can check.
The extension is disabled for this site
Check Chrome's extension permissions (puzzle-piece icon → Meetbook → site access) — if it's set to "On click" rather than "On all sites" for the platform you're using, it won't auto-detect the meeting; you'll need to click it manually each time.
It still shows nothing after reloading
Try toggling the extension off and on from chrome://extensions, then reload the meeting tab once more. If that doesn't resolve it, contact support — see How to contact support — with your Chrome version and the meeting platform.
