Admin console overview

Workspace Admins have access to settings that affect the whole workspace, beyond what an Employee-level member can see or change — see Roles and permissions for the role distinction itself.

What lives here

• Billing and subscription — plan, seats, payment method (see Comparing plans).
• Member management — inviting, removing, and changing roles (see Inviting teammates).
• Workspace-wide integrations — connecting Slack, CRM tools, calendars at the workspace level.
• Recording rules and notetaker defaults — the workspace-wide defaults individual members inherit.
• Voiceprint recognition — the tenant-wide opt-in toggle (see Enabling voiceprint recognition tenant-wide).

Multiple Admins

A workspace can have more than one Admin — useful so workspace-wide management doesn't depend on a single person. See Transferring workspace ownership for adding or handing off Admin access.

Enterprise-specific controls
