Requesting a refund

Refund policy and how to request one.

Refund requests go through support rather than a self-serve button — contact support (see How to contact support) with the charge date, amount, and the reason for the request.

What's typically eligible

Accidental duplicate charges, a charge that went through after a cancellation that should have taken effect first, or a clear billing error on Meetbook's side are the most straightforward cases.

What's typically not

Partial-month usage after a voluntary cancellation isn't refunded by default — see Upgrading or downgrading your plan for how cancellation timing actually works (it takes effect at the end of the current billing period rather than immediately, specifically so you keep what you already paid for).

How long it takes

Once approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method and typically take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer's own processing time — this part is outside Meetbook's control.
