Upgrading or downgrading your plan
Proration, effective date, what's lost on downgrade.
Upgrading
On Settings → Subscription, click Upgrade to [tier]. The higher tier's limits (seats, recording minutes, AI credits) apply immediately — you don't wait for your next billing period to get more room.

You're charged a prorated amount for the rest of your current billing period, then the new tier's full price from your next renewal.
Downgrading
Use Manage billing to move to a lower tier. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, not immediately — you keep your current tier's limits until then.
If you're over the lower tier's limits when the downgrade takes effect (e.g. more seats than the new tier allows), you won't be able to add anything new until you're back under the limit — nothing already recorded or connected is deleted.
Canceling
Cancel subscription on the same panel stops future billing. Your workspace drops to the free tier's limits at the end of the current period; recorded meetings and reports remain accessible.
