Current language coverage and known accuracy gaps.
Meetbook transcribes meetings across a broad set of major languages, with the best accuracy in widely-spoken ones (English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, and similar). Less common languages and strong regional dialects are supported but may see lower accuracy.
Setting the spoken language
Settings → Meeting → Spoken language controls what the transcriber listens for. Leaving it on Auto Detect works well for meetings that stay in one language throughout, but can misfire on meetings that switch languages mid-conversation.
Bilingual meetings
If your meetings regularly mix two languages, set Secondary language alongside the primary one rather than relying on Auto Detect — this gives the transcriber both languages to expect instead of trying to guess.
Report language
Output language is separate from spoken language — it controls what language your AI report (overview, action items, outline) is written in, regardless of what language the meeting itself was conducted in.
