Semantic vs. keyword
Search understands meaning, not just exact words — searching "pricing" can surface a meeting that discussed "cost" or "budget" without ever using the word "pricing" literally. This is powered by the same indexing that drives Second Brain.
Narrowing results
Use Filters on the My Meetings view to narrow by date range, participant, or Channel rather than relying on search terms alone — useful when you know roughly when or with whom a meeting happened but not what was said.
Searching within Channels
Results only include meetings in Channels you have access to — see Channel permission levels. A meeting existing somewhere in the workspace doesn't mean it'll show up in your search if you're not a member of the Channel it's in.
Search returns nothing for something you know happened
Give it a minute — a very recently finished meeting may not be indexed yet if transcription/report generation is still in progress. See How your report is generated for typical turnaround.
