AI Apps are pre-built, configurable automations that run against your meetings — beyond the standard report, they generate specific outputs tailored to a use case: a sales call scorecard, an interview evaluation, a customer-feedback digest, and dozens more. Meetbook ships 40+ of them out of the box.
How they work
Each AI App is essentially a specialized prompt with a defined output shape, run automatically against meetings that match its trigger conditions (e.g. every meeting in a specific Channel, or every meeting tagged a certain way). You don't write the prompt yourself for the built-in apps — you configure when and where it runs.
