Enabling and configuring an AI App
Generic setup flow shared by all apps.
Every AI App follows roughly the same setup pattern, whatever it does under the hood.
Find and enable it
Browse the AI Apps directory and enable the one you want — see What are AI Apps? if you're not sure which fits your use case.
Set where it runs
Most apps let you scope which meetings trigger it — a specific Channel, a tag, or all meetings workspace-wide. Narrower scoping means it only runs (and consumes AI credits) where it's actually relevant.
Review its output
Once enabled, the app's output appears on qualifying meetings alongside the standard report. Some apps produce a standalone output tab; others integrate their result into the existing report view, depending on what the app is designed to do.
Disabling an app
Turn it off the same way you turned it on. Disabling stops it running on future meetings — output already generated on past meetings isn't removed.
