Updating your profile
Name, avatar and notification preferences.
Open the account menu (your avatar, top right of any page) and click Profile to edit your personal details — name and avatar. Times shown in the app always follow your own device's timezone.
Timezone is a workspace setting rather than a personal one, and only a workspace admin can change it. It sets the day boundary for the daily usage limits and the dates written into emails, Notion, Google Docs and exports — not what the app displays. It also doesn't change when the bot actually joins, which is always based on the meeting's own scheduled time.
Notification preferences
Email notification behavior — who receives the post-meeting summary, and who gets the recording-disclaimer email before a meeting — is workspace-level rather than per-person, and lives under Settings → General.
Changing your email address
Your login email doubles as your account identity. If you need to change it, contact support — see How to contact support — rather than trying to re-register with a new address, which would create a separate account with none of your meeting history.
