Updating your profile

Open the account menu (your avatar, top right of any page) and click Profile to edit your personal details — name, avatar, and timezone. Your timezone controls how meeting times are displayed to you; it doesn't change when the bot actually joins, which is always based on the meeting's own scheduled time.

Notification preferences

Email notification behavior — who receives the post-meeting summary, and who gets the recording-disclaimer email before a meeting — is workspace-level rather than per-person, and lives under Settings → General.

Changing your email address

Your login email doubles as your account identity. If you need to change it, contact support — see How to contact support — rather than trying to re-register with a new address, which would create a separate account with none of your meeting history.
